Two
Step Bid
In
case when a Two-Step Sealed Bidding is solicited in the IFB,
a bidder shall follow the steps below;
(1) Submit the following after having placed
in two separate envelopes
(a) First envelope Technical
proposal including description of the supplies or
services,
and documents
(1), (3) through (5).
(b) Second envelope Sealed price bid, document
(2), commodity price
list.
(2) The second envelope, sealed price bid,
will be opened for the bidders at the time set forth
in the notification of eligibility.
